Maybe, maybe not. "These women" seems to implicate the ones who breed like rabbits and are on welfare. All kinds of women use PP. My question is why taxpayers are paying for a charitable organization to do anything. If it's a matter of the ones who breed like rabbits, they're on a Medicaid, right? Wouldn't they be getting their 'family planning' services from their doctor? How much tax money goes to pay for the big fat salaries and benefits of PP staff in return for political support for the party?
