The thunder & wind woke me up but I fell right back to sleep. Ignorance truly is bliss. Earlier in the evening my phone kept sending out the blood curdling alarm sounds but it was for flooding only.

I can't remember if I mentioned this in here, if so, chalk it up to me having a senior moment. I've had a shit ton of rain this month and more is expected between now and Sunday. I looked at my weather station and it calculated just under 12 inches for July.
