After Jonathan Thompson was arrested Monday for fighting with his stepfather, the 30-year-old Texan was booked into the county lockup, where jailers took his mug shot and photographed his tattoos for identification purposes.

that inventory included a piece disparaging a local constable who had arrested Thompson in March for burglary (and who also busted him this week).

The constable, Woody Wallace, told TSG that after he learned of the tattoo--which Thompson got following his burglary collar--he asked Thompson why he would have “Woody Wallace Can Suck My Dick” inked on his thigh. “He said, ‘Because I was mad at you the last time,’” Wallace said.

Wallace, now a candidate for Trinity County sheriff, said that Thompson was sentenced to probation following the burglary conviction. However, in light of this week’s arrest. Thompson could have his probation revoked and be sent to state prison for two years.

Wallace said a judge would likely revoke Thompson's probation, meaning he will serve two years in state jail.

Wallace said Thompson was choking his stepfather's dog on Monday and told his stepfather, "You're next."

"And he said he was going to become a serial killer and kill everyone who made him mad," Wallace said.

Wallace said he is now investigating another accusation, as a woman told Wallace that Thompson told her is planning to kill Wallace, and if she does not help him, he will kill her, too.

This isn't Tracy Mabb's first arrest, and likely won't be her last, but it is probably the best/worst mug shot she'll ever take.

Mabb, 35, was apparently in a Pompano Beach, Florida intersection yesterday wearing what appeared to be a long shirt. As people drove by though, she was lifting it up, showing off all her naughty bits. Of course, the cops were eventually called, she was arrested and eventually took that great mug shot.

Tracy Mabb was charged with exposing sexual organs in public and was being held in jail Wednesday on a $600 bond. She was also being held on a prior petit theft offense that allegedly took place April 8, according to Broward County court records. Mabb began peeling off clothes while standing in the 800 block of South Dixie Highway about 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, according to a Broward Sheriff's Office report.

She pulled her long shirt up in front of drivers and pedestrians and exposed her entire body, including her breasts, vagina and buttocks, in a "complete vulgar and indecent manner," the report said. She refused to put her shirt down and said, "I don't give a fuck" about her actions, the report said.

29-year-old Kelsey Smith was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and resisting an officer without violence. WESH reports when Smith was being transported to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office he became violent and began hitting his head and face on the roof of the patrol car. Police reportedly said once Smith’s nose began to bleed he spit blood on several deputies.

A 62-year-old Conch Key woman was charged with murder Sunday night and is being accused of shooting a man five times after he refused to give her a beer.

Carolyn Dukeshire, who the Monroe County Sheriff's Office says is known as "the sea hag," reportedly shot Martin Mazur, 64. It happened at 53 N. Conch Ave.

Deputy Becky Herrin says Casey Whippo, 30, of Conch Key told deputies Michael Claudy and Nicholis Whiteman he and Mazur went to dinner at the Brass Monkey in Marathon. They returned to the house and were sitting outside. They had just opened a beer when Dukeshire walked around the side of the house and asked if she could have one.

Herrin said Whippo said Mazur refused to give her a beer, so Dukeshire shot him in the abdomen, twice in the back and once in the wrist. of course...it's the Keys!

Whippo told investigators he grabbed Dukeshire's arms and told her she couldn't leave, and then called the sheriff's office. Whippo said she threw the gun into the canal behind the house, then sat down and waited for deputies to arrive.

Mazure died at Fishermen's Hospital. Dukeshire is charged with first-degree murder.
