It made me laugh to see him complaining about how the public still talks about him, given that he can't keep his face out of trouble and out of the news. I think Zimmerman is afraid of being forgotten.

George Zimmerman fled Miami after someone threatened there was a huge bounty on his head.
Zimmerman taped an interview last Tuesday with Univision and Fusion, and then took his girlfriend, her kid and his brother to the beach. While they were catching some rays, people noticed him, started harassing him, and then someone shouted out George had a $10,000 bounty on his head.
We're told it freaked him out and they all retreated to the hotel, but the crowd followed them.
Security swept their room to make sure no one tampered with their stuff and then stood guard throughout the day and night. We're told Zimmerman did his CNN interview early the next morning and then beat it ... literally fleeing Miami.
Fact is ... the bounty threat seems somewhat real. There's a Black Panthers video online in which one of the leaders puts a $1 MILLION bounty on Zimmerman's head.

George Zimmerman was reportedly forced to leave Miami early after an angry crowd harassed him and his girlfriend at a local beach, TMZ is reporting.
Zimmerman was in South Florida last week filming TV interviews with Univision and Fusion. During his downtime, Zimmerman went to the beach with his girlfriend, her child and her brother.
While there, a group of beachgoers noticed Zimmerman and his entourage and began harassing him, apparently mentioning a $10,000 bounty on his head.

Lawsuit against NBC Dismissed by Judge
Good.
I think NBC's positioning of the 911 content was intentionally misleading.
But, I agree with Judge Nelson -- Zimmerman and his family, against attorney advice, chose to yack up a storm about their views and the case in media interviews and via social media posts.
So, IMO, NBC's misleading assertion (which they rescinded and corrected) wasn't an overt act of malice and didn't cause any mental or emotional distress or anguish for which Zimmerman should be monetarily compensated.
In his lawsuit, Zimmerman said NBC's editing of a story on the shooting made it sound as if Zimmerman voluntarily told an operator that Martin was black. He was actually responding to a dispatcher's question about the Miami teen's race. Zimmerman said the broadcasts made him seem like a racist and exposed him to public ridicule and threats. He was seeking damages for emotional distress and mental anguish.
Here's part of the judge's ruling:
Zimmerman "voluntarily injected his views into the public controversy surrounding race relations and public safety in Sanford and pursued a course of conduct that ultimately led to the death of Martin and the specific controversy surrounding it," said Nelson, who presided over Zimmerman's criminal trial last summer.
Nelson dismissed the defamation lawsuit filed by George Zimmerman against NBC and three reporters, saying the former neighborhood watch leader failed to show the network acted with malice.
NBC News spokeswoman Ali Zelenko said in a statement that the network is "gratified by the court's dismissal of this lawsuit, which we have always believed to be without merit."

George Zimmerman was spotted Sunday by police sitting outside a store in Florida after a recent burglary, according to a Deland Police Department police report.
Despite some media reports saying Zimmerman is a security guard at the store, he is not.
The store, Pompano Pat's Motorcycles, sells motorcycles, as well as firearms and ammunition.
A store employee, Sam Porter, said Zimmerman is not an employee, in an interview with USA TODAY Network.
Pat Johnson, owner of the store, said the same in an interview with WKMG-TV in Orlando.
This is the same store that offered Zimmerman a free gun after he was acquitted last year of murdering Trayvon Martin, reports WKMG in Orlando.
On Sunday, Zimmerman told a police officer that he and Johnson are friends, and Zimmerman was sitting behind the business in his car with Johnson's permission, according to the police report.
Porter said Johnson did not ask Zimmerman to sit outside the business.
