This mugshot comes from 50-year-old Diana Hearn's July 4, 2010 trespassing arrest in Orange County, FL. Hearn has been arrested four other times in that county, for open container violations and trespassing.

Patricia Stone, 41, was arrested in Orange County, FL., on April 11, 2011, for possession of over 20 grams of cannabis.

Sacramento police say 56-year-old Jeffery Allen Jones was arrested Tuesday after allegedly throwing a spear at a passing car.

According to KXTV, the spear became lodged in the vehicle's fender. No injuries were reported.

Jones was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. He remains in custody on $53,500 bond, according to Sacramento County Jail records.

This guy was arrested for obstruction and battery last week. He stabbed his brother over a bowl of mac and cheese and then resisted arrest.

A woman taking her 7-year-old daughter to the restroom at a Keystone Lake park saw a man looking up at her from inside a public toilet.

Deputy Brian Osman said in his arrest report that he saw Enlow standing in the septic tank.

"I saw that he was standing with his head and shoulders out of the hole and that he was covered in feces."

Enlow first told authorities his girlfriend "Angel" hit him in the head with a tire iron and dumped him in the toilet.

He claimed that he was unconscious from that injury and that's why he didn't call for help when the woman and her daughter entered the bathroom. Medical examination showed he had no injuries to support his story.

Enlow was taken to Tulsa County Jail where he was booked on a Peeping Tom complaint and on outstanding warrants from Okmulgee County.

He's David Pate. While Pate was incarcerated for disorderly conduct, the body of Rickey James, last seen entering the Lancaster, South Carolina woods with Pate on October 17^th, was discovered under a pile of leaves.

Pate was charged with murder on Friday. No motive or other details released yet.

Penfield, N.Y. - Arena Arnold, 27, was arrested late Monday criminal personation, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

When deputies investigated an accident at Atlantic Ave. and Gloria Drive, Arnold portrayed herself as a passenger in one of the vehicles. During further investigation it became apparent to deputies that she was untruthful about her identity and other details.

Deputies determined Arnold had been driving when the accident occurred.

She was arraigned in Penfield Town Court and sent to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.

This is 58 year old Kenneth Haskins.

He was just arrested in Tampa, Florida.

Haskins was pissed off because the owner of the apartment building where he lived told him he had to stop jerking off in front of the window and the front door.

So, he did what any right-minded person would do when issued such an unreasonable demand. He set the complex on fire, of course. 28 units had to be evacuated, 4 were destroyed. Very fortunately, no residents or fire-fighters died in the blaze.

Oh, Kenneth is a bit disfigured because he blasted himself in the face with a shotgun several years ago.

Man, I wish we could find a middle ground in terms of mental institutionalization in this country.

It was a travesty back when people who could easily be treated via outpatient regimen or who weren't mentally ill at all were locked away because their families or authorities had some agenda (or just didn't want to suffer "weird" non-conformists).

But, it's a travesty today, IMO, that there aren't enough facilities/beds often for people who know they need help and seek it. And, then there are the Kenneths - wandering around beating off with one hand and starting fires with the other because it's so damned difficult to get anyone involuntarily committed, even when it's clear as day the person requires controlled setting treatment (for him/herself and for the safety of others).

Anyway...Kenneth is charged with first degree arson and is being held in jail without bail. He needs to be convicted and treated, either in jail or a psych facility - doesn't matter which, to me.

I hope authorities don't release him.
