hah I don't think it's any big secret when CN is doing it; he's not a subtle troll.

I do think he might not wanna throw in a bunch of extraneous info wiithout checking his facts though - kinda easy to wind up looking foolish in ones own wind up attempt.

I think ramsey probably knows more about the Philippines than does CN.

Its possible I suppose, although I did go to Manila and Quezon City when I was touring the far east during my gap year.
