^ for sure more comfortable now than before.

My wife is so into holidays that my kids are super spoiled in that regard. She loves painting the eggs, making Easter baskets, have egg hunts in the yard, etc.

I was with my sister and her kids yesterday and the weather was gorgeous.

Easter coincided with my boy's 16^th birthday this year and I wasn't supposed to have him over but I got a rare concession from the ex. I guess teens aren't as much fun for her. My GF loves holidays but lost some loved ones around this time so she struggles.
Bittersweet all the way around. For me it's tough to stay sad around bouncy little people.

I just started it today a so far it sucks, I'm starving. A salad with a splash of vinegar never looked so good. I think the 2^nd day will be better since you can have 1 potato and vegetables. I prefer vegetables over fruit.

It's almost beer 30. I have to stay strong and drink water and eat this stupid cantaloupe for dinner.

My niece hated day 1 too; not a huge fruit eater.

I like day 1 but hate day 2 because I only like veggies as a side. If you like veggies, bananas, and meat -- days 2 through 7 are super easy.

I'm good with veggies, bananas and meat. I like fruit as a snack once in a while, but not for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can only handle so much apples and melon.
