I don't know. You'll have to ask Clang. I suspect that's not the case though.
Cross-dressing straight guys is nothing new and it seems to me that society is less likely, in general, to consider it some kind of sin these days.
But, there's still a stigma and judgment attached, so I imagine a lot of cross-dressers stay in the closet so as not to put off their male friends (and not to turn off women, if they're single).

I don't think there's anything wrong with Clang.
He works during the week, plays on the weekends, defends people he likes, loves to joke around and pull people's legs, laughs easily at himself.....
He seems to know what he likes as much as most and is pretty comfortable in his own skin, no matter what gender clothes he's wearing. Clang's a funny and solid guy in my book.
