It was quick so you probably didn't see it, but I just created a test account and made a post in this forum. Must be on their end. It should be the same thing that happened to you when you registered - it makes you start off logged in. They can only see and post in this forum.

I need more details to help. Like, do they see up top that they are logged in? When they try to log in, what happens? You know, useful info like that.
