I hear there are job openings in D.C. over a 1⁄3 of the people in D.C., are functionally illiterate.I would imagine those would be the elected officials, since they make up 1⁄3 of the population and they are still believing the stimulus and TARP worked..I would classify that the functionally illiterate work your "people" might look into.I hear it pays well too.
