I already knew what your response would be, there is no need for you to even go through the motions of making a post.
the average in LA county would be somewhere around 245 animals per 12 acre parcel with each home having just one pet, since we know that 1 pet per household is not the average(I gave you the charts) we know that number is much higher than that.
but who cares, the lady is pursuing happiness a basic human right.
