That sounds mildly racist to me (in the not kidding kind of way), so I don't know.
If you look at from a generational poverty viewpoint, loud people are the ones in the family that are most prized and get the most attention.

Exactly. That's why we have a harder time understanding some people. I always assumed everyone was raised in a similar manner and with similar morals, but it just isn't true.
