Ugh... yeah, NEVER letting your dogs out (especially big dogs) to run and get some exercise is almost as bad as just letting them roam.

I agree that I don't see as much wrong with letting animals run around loose if you're in the country on a big farm or something, but people are just too fucking lazy to take care of their animals, so they try to take the easy way out. It's sad.
