She probably knew something he didn't want out.

It's hard to imagine anything that could be bad enough to have to kill someone. How can a surgeon live with himself after taking a life and how could anyone do something so bad to be worth murdering?

Ironically these things sometimes involve something relatively trivial and hatred. It's a shame.

It's a total reality check when someone, like a doctor, who helps save lives as a living turns around and murders somebody. I've noticed, or IMO at least, it often boils down to some kind of control issue, them wanting control of that person or some situation. I followed really closely the case of Yazeed Essa who was a doctor here in NE Ohio who murdered his wife by putting cyanide powder in her calcium capsules. Then after being questioned by police; fled the country.
