I spent nearly three hours at at&t arguing with those assholes about whether or not they're going to replace my phone, that is out of warranty and according to them "shot" due to "internal workings" and they advised me that since I'm not eligible for an upgrade and have a year left on my contract to buy a $130 go phone until my upgrade becones available. Then I spent an hour at the computer place trying to figure out what the fuck is wrong with that only to have them say they need to perform "diagnotics" on it and to go home. I'm a little more than snarky, I'm downright fucking mean.

WTF? Why would they replace your phone if it's out of warranty? Wouldn't THAT be nice!
I bought a replacement for my iPhone online (Craigslist to be specific). It was cheaper than getting my phone fixed or buying a replacement through AT&T.

Because theres something wrong with the way the phone was made. It isn't working properly through no fault of my own. Why should I be responsible to pay for a new phone - again - when its not my fault it isn't working anymore? Just yesterday someone was in there with the same phone & the same problem. Its apparently a known issue.
Im checking ebay and craigslist. So far, nothing. I can keep doing factory resets but its only a matter of time until one day, it wont even turn on.
