In the U.S. its bison. Apparently there are no buffalo here.
Some bison were just relocated to a location here in Washington and several news agencies were reporting that they were buffalo and several people enjoyed correcting them for days.
Either way, I don't see how any of those people in that pic is safe, but that lady is the dumbest.

Yes, a lot. However, I do understand that it is sometimes called for in cases of disease or not enough land for all, etc. and I detest trophy hunting. WTF is wrong with people who get their jollies from killing animals. It makes me angry just thinking about it. I'd shoot them before I'd shoot an animal.

I’m not talking about trophy hunting, but why would hunting for food bother you? It’s a lot more humane than the meat you get from the store where the animals are raised in factory farms. You think that dairy cow that contributed to your favorite ice cream has enjoyed a pleasant free roaming life?

Generally speaking, dairy cows spend their days roaming & grazing. It's what they do.

Most dairy cows are basically tortured. Organic farming is better, but now that the FDA has watered down it's standards, how much better is questionable.

Are you a vegan? I don’t much care for dairy or meat although I eat it sometimes. I have more of a pescatarian diet, I’m not giving up seafood.
