More family drama, my brother sent me a text today that he’d removed my mom off a roughly $50k checking account and now his name (and his name only) is on that checking account.
The fuck? I don’t know what he doesn’t understand about carrying out the legal/fiduciary responsibilities we have as co- trustees on her trust/will but apparently a lot.
It should have been retitled to the trust or closed and moved into her trust account.
I don’t think he’s trying to steal the money but I gave him enough information prior that I can only call that a dumb decision.

What are the odds that you throw your back out a couple days before you need to get on a flight to attend a memorial service for your mom on Saturday?

I can’t believe it. I’m still doing everything/planning to leave tomorrow but this is ridiculous.
On the plus side my foot suddenly feels almost normal.

I called my Dr and I think I have pretty much every drug available to me to deal with it chemically but…time (even 4-5 days) is probably what I need. Regardless i’m getting on a fucking plane tomorrow. That’s my plan.
