When they got married, I remember reading that she had included a "cheating clause" in their pre-nup, which was rumored to be $40 million. She has confirmed the clause, but not the amount (to the best of my knowledge).
She gets a couple of million for every year they're married as well.
I don't know if that clause has anything to do with his backtrack, but if your divorce prediction pans out, she'll likely have a lot more money to spend getting over the heartbreak if he was indeed cheating.
