I wanted to sleep in, but needed to move my car for part 2 of the snow emergency by 8am. Had a fun day hanging out with my brother Ed and I'm staying over at his place tonight because I hate night driving and the roads are still a bit fucked.

I have no clue what a hassle it is to have to move your car because of a snow emergency.   But at the same time,  my neighbors girlfriend has knocked on my door twice in the last month,  asking if she could put her car at the end of my driveway...

Several years ago while visiting relatives in Queens NY, shortly after a snow storm, they had "on street curb" parking.

I drove by a parked car that had "4 flat tires". I finally found a space to park, and I parked.

Went into relatives house, and mentioned seeing a poor soul who had 4 flat tires in this snowy weather.

And they said, that's what happens when somebody else parks in a shoveled out spot  that was being saved
by the guy who shoveled out the space, marked by two trash cans in that spot!

Evidently, the flat tire guy moved the cans and stole the spot!! He paid the price! NY'ers are tough!!

Lesson learned the hard way!

Dopey I said I drove by a car with 4 flat tires. The guy couldn't move his car it had 4 flats! He had to co AAA!
