I was a vegetarian in the 90s but I don't think my diet was balanced and I was craving meat in the end. Nowadays, I have been iron deficient and vitamin d. I think if you can afford micro macro vegan organic chef in the kitchen menu then go for it. I am just an ordinary working class person that is battling like everyone else. I don't eat much meat. I live with stomach issues so I don't eat much anyway, but as you get older as you know Cars diet is really important. You can't fool around like when you were young.

I really have to eat snails, love escargot. They don’t have a long life expectancy anyway. I also really have to eat scallops, shrimp, crab, lobster and fish. I can do without cows, chickens, lamb, goats or pigs.

I know and get this, he was just down the road from where I live last year! He was sunbathing on the grass and it was along the beachfront. The stupid public had gathered and it was a large crowd and people were bringing their dogs and children. People are so fucked. The dumbest.
