Well I see a two sided point to your view.
Side one:
Planting the flag on his Limey head is equal to planting the flag on foreign soil. We as Americans do not do that. We don't land grab like the Brits do. Besides it would be equal to desecrating the flag planting it on a 'soil' we hated so much we fought and won our freedom from twice.
Side two:
Planting it on his head is quite disrespectful to the goon and quite an insult to his personal being. But I think side one overrides this insult. So bird shit on it from the top will compensate for the humiliation and disrespect.
You can't put the knife, bullet and matches in the base. It has to be in the finial.
