Btw, I believe I misread one of the articles upthread. Thought it said that police were looking hard "for" two of the four boys, but it says that they are looking hard "at" them and that they are in custody.

Could be, word I heard was their are four brothers... two they are interested in were 13 and 15. But who knows. Either way they are going be thick as thieves and who knows who will take the fall for whom.
As the suspects are reportedly black, Al Sharpton on the scene in 3...2...1...
*ETA, for those of you unfamiliar with this area... there is already racial tension in that part of south Jersey, so this has the potential to get ugly.

I don't think it was an accident. I think it's kind of hard to accidentally kill someone. I guess we'll have to wait for cause of death. I hope they didn't sexually assault her but being that they're black and all...

A little humor is need in here at times.
I dunno, they are young so who knows, I don't think it's that's hard to do it accidentally. If there is a fight, someone gets punched and falls down, then dies, I don't think ti was intentional for them to be killed.

I think you're trying to see a silver lining maybe. You might want to believe it was an accident, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say it was thugs being thugs.
When you decide to steal a bike, and have to assault someone to get it, you've made a decision that might end in someone dying. Sometimes it's the perp, sometimes it's the victim. But a decision is made nonetheless. Calling it an accident is sugar coating it.
If it's all true, it's no accident they stole her bike. They killed a little girl for a fucking bicycle, or worse.
Whatever their age, they know right from wrong at that age. Fuck them.

Another thing, kids that steal bikes wouldn't typically steal them out from under someone in a small town. Too easy to identify the perps. I think they might have killed her to prevent identification but I'm afraid there might have been some sexual assault involved.

CLAYTON, N.J. — A New Jersey prosecutor says two teenage brothers have been charged with murdering a 12-year-old girl whose body was found in a recycling bin.
Gloucester (GLAW'-stur) County Prosecutor Sean Dalton says Autumn Pasquale (pah-SKWAHL'-ee) of Clayton died in a manner consistent with strangulation.
He says the boys are 15 and 17. He says the girls were lured to the boys' house, where her belongings were found. Those included her bicycle.

Yes they do know right from wrong, I was just hoping I guess that they didn't intend to kill her if you know what I mean, just for the fact that there wouldn't be two more young kids that are heartless killers, but I was wrong.

County prosecutor Sean Dalton said at a press conference Tuesday that Autumn was lured into the home of the 15- and 17-year-old brothers to obtain parts for her BMX bike. The crime was allegedly committed in that house.
Dalton said the boys' mother contacted police about posts she saw on her son's Facebook page.
"A preliminary cause of death is blunt force trauma consistent with strangulation," said Dalton, according to CBS Philly.
The suspects were charged with first degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, tampering with evidence, theft, disposing of a body. The 15-year-old is also charged with one count of luring.
It will be interesting to see when/if the names of the alleged perps get published. Hopefully, we can view the commentary on whoevers FACEBOOK.

Whoa. How old is her brother? I want to know what on her son's FB page prompted the mother to contact the police and report her own sons. She at least seemed to demonstrate some integrity in this whole nightmare. I also wonder if/how they would have discovered the body (at the recycle center I imagine). Probably could have still traced it back to the house. Crazy.

I want to read what on earth was posted on that facebook account! Good point on the mother; I feel for her but its going to be a really rough road. I hope someone recognizes that she did the right thing and is not labeled or harassed.
