Where is the voice for an unborn baby?

At the moment only Cecil The Lion is bothering me.

I can only allow myself to be bothered by one thing at a time.

Go to any media outlet and you'll find a ton of horrified people expressing their views on it.

Actually, the big 3 haven't spent much time on the story at all...because they're all liberal and don't want to piss off their liberal viewers...or king Obama.

Just a couple of minutes ago, a female co-worker of mine stops and asks me, "hey, what's the name of that Garth Brooks song called The 'something'?"

I said, The Dance?

She says Yes. How does it go?

So I break right into it, singing the first 3 verses and she's swooning. LOL.

She says, wow, you should sing that at karaoke sometime.

Little does she know.

Down the hall, second door on your left. It's marked Sound Effects Dept. Baby voices are on the bottom shelf.

No? Just Cecil the Lion stirring up the hate?

Okay then.
I'm astounded by how many people are biting on this story and spreading the misinformation.

Is PP making money from selling parts of aborted babies? Yes.

Are there video clips of PP practitioners discussing and negotiating pricing for said parts? Yes.

Are there videos of PP practitioners discussing what not to crush to preserve valuable parts? Yes.

What misinformation is there exactly?

Is PP making money from selling parts of aborted babies? Yes. Wrong, they are likely just breaking even if that.

Are there video clips of PP practitioners discussing and negotiating pricing for said parts? Yes. Videos edited extensively to make PP MD's appear to be wheeling and dealing harvested tissues illegally? Yes.

Are there videos of PP practitioners discussing what not to crush to preserve valuable parts? Yes. In order to provide tissues that can be used for research? Of course, because it's a great idea.

What misinformation is there exactly?
Answers above.

If you have a few hours here's the unedited version.

What kind of person does it take to do it though? I would have a hard time yanking out baby arms and legs after crushing its skull. The baby wiggles and twitches ya know.

RE: The 2015 trivial drivel thread - ramseycat - 07-31-2015

WTF Mag? That's disturbing.

An abortion Dr. How about the guy that gasses the animals at animal control? What kind of person does that take? It's all relative.

RE: The 2015 trivial drivel thread - Maggot - 07-31-2015

Reality is painful but needs the sunlight to make it go away. PP performs late term abortions and that should stop. I believe anything over 2 months should not happen either. That's just the way I feel.

RE: The 2015 trivial drivel thread - sally - 07-31-2015

I skimmed through it, but to answer your question it's takes a person like her to do it. She's pompous, arrogant and a hint of nuts.

Just from being pregnant I know it's hard to detect severe birth defects before 16 weeks. So you have to at least allow it until then. Give another couple of weeks for parents to make a decision and make a state wide cut off date at 18 weeks.

RE: The 2015 trivial drivel thread - Blindgreed1 - 07-31-2015

I think the whole topic has been blown out of proportion due to the original video. These aren't all late term abortions that they're discussing here. They are just abortions. Period. Each state has it's own laws about when it's legal to abort. The topic discussed in the video is just selling the waste from abortions that would otherwise end up as sterilized (again usually by means of microwaves, which nobody seems to have a problem with) land fill. They aren't getting rich off of it. They are supplying a valuable resource to researchers at extremely reasonable prices that the researchers may not otherwise have access to.

Yeah, but quite a few of them are. At one point in the video she's talking about go into 22 plus weeks.

Again, each state has it's own laws. Anybody wanting to lead that crusade should start with their state reps, not PP.

RE: The 2015 trivial drivel thread - Duchess - 07-31-2015

I can't listen to them talk about crushing skulls and other stuff related to baby body parts and I've already said what I thought about viable babies being aborted, but for what I consider to be a normal abortion I don't have a problem with them using "whatever" for research rather than it being trashed in a toxic dump. I do have a morbid understanding of why they wouldn't want some things mangled or damaged, whatever that phrase was they used.

I know, I'm just saying I can understand people being appalled by their nonchalant attitude about it. Just because it's a law doesn't make it right.

Women are going to have abortions and I'm not against putting the tissue to a good cause, but at some point you have to have some kind of moral compass. Which PP and the woman speaking in the video doesn't appear to give a shit about it. Anyone with an ounce of decency would not be performing abortions past 20 weeks (and that's pushing it) whether it's legal or not.
