David has had a rough life and his alcoholism may have a genetic source. He had a lot of needed adulation as a teen heartthrob and then semi-obscurity. In December 1974, he was hospitalized in a psychiatric facility for 48 hours.[6] At that time, Jones found out that he had been previously diagnosed with bipolar disorder.[7] In his autobiography, Cassidy's eldest son David wrote about his father's bisexuality, citing attributed personal accounts and reports, both anecdotal and published, of his father's same-sex affairs, a fact neither he or his siblings discovered until after Cassidy's death. In her 2013 memoir, Shirley Jones confirms that Cassidy had many same-sex affairs, including one with Cole Porter.

On Friday afternoon, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia signed an order of dismissal in Jackson v. Deen. The discrimination lawsuit first filed in May 2012 that brought down one of the biggest celebrity chef empires in the country.
The case was dismissed "with prejudice," which means that the same suit cannot be filed in court again.
The court did not award damages or fees to either party; however, the order of dismissal was filed under the name "settlement agreement," which could mean that it was brought about by an out-of-court settlement of some kind.

I feel like I'm looking at children pretending to be grownups & it's kinda pervy obscene.
Everyone talked about Madonna french kissing Brittany at the VMA's but somehow it was way different than Miley and her bs...or maybe I'm just too old to get it.

Child stars have had problems transitioning into adults while in the public eye. They may be very aware of the box the public wants them to stay in and their behavior may be nothing more than rebellion and not the moral decay of the culture they are accused of perpetrating.
