Haven't really noticed any effects, half dose thursday and friday, full doses yesterday and today. Maybe a bit more energy, but been drinking tons of unsweetened sun tea and taking b complex. The shit ain't cheap on the black market.

Alternate with water, you don't want to fuck up your pearly whites with tea stains. Coffee & wine will have that effect too.

Bread baking is a fantastic smell.
I bake bread in cold weather months but I cheat. I buy the frozen loaves and after they rise I pop those puppies in the oven. They are just like the real deal.
