On the site in general, people can act any way they wish as long as they don't break one of the few basic house rules like no porn, disgusting material, or real-life threats. You can be nice and not mock anyone. That doesn't mean they won't mock or try to aggravate you, though.

It's only as one-dimensional as you or those who choose to deal with make it. ::finger::
