SB 1070 is NOT about illegal immigration; it is about incarceration.
SB 1070 is State.
US Customs and Immigration is Federal.
Elvira NEVER mentions the Feds – strictly Brewer and her cronies.
YOU brought the Feds into the equation, dumbass. You do understand the Feds are challenging SB 1070 in court . . . right?
So . . . if the Feds don't want SB 1070, how is that increasing the "illegal" prison detainees in AZ and allowing CCA to prosper?
