Hell yes. Thursday nights are our titty club nights. We haven't ben able to go for almost 2 months because of her back. So I started saving my ones from the tip jar a couple weeks ago just so I would have enough for a big night back.

When we went to Colorado we went with my husband's friend and the plan was that we were going to spend three days with him and his girlfriend who lives outside of Denver and who I've never met before. I was kinda worried that I might have to spend three days with a woman like the ones described in your video, but it turned out she was fun and down to earth.

i just saw a commercial for Wall Beds. I think I want one. Our guest room is supposedly our office too but it's got a fucking queen size bed in there so the office is limited to a tiny, cramped corner.
We rarely have guests...maybe 3-4 times a year.
That or a sofa bed...whichever rates as more comfortable (gotta take care of my mom the few times she comes up).

Somehow that sounds kind of comfy...squished between a bed and the wall for hours? I think there might be worse ways to go.

I think a loveseat that turns into a full size bed would be nice in your home office. A desk, a couple of bookcases, the loveseat and an end table with a lamp can double as a nightstand for your guests and you'll have a lovely home office space.

Maybe one day I'll get a dog and without making her snotty (like my neighbor) really spend some time training her. They're so smart (or can be).
I wouldn't mind having a therapy dog.

Now bigger dogs are trying to jump 22 ft out in to a pool to grab a "bumper" (rubber stick thing). My dog would have been a champ at that in her younger days.

I've been trying for hours to find a fill-in for a sick fill-in caregiver. Denied.
So, I'm working a rehab attendant assignment from 11:30 pm to 5:30 am.
The staff at the rehab are pissy; I'm in dread mode.

My mom worked in rehab for years so I remember a little bit from the nursing home.

I could do that work....provided I could pack in some booze, ear plugs and there was a sleep number bed waiting there for me (sleep number 40, thanks).

I don't think they'll be any pills at my disposal overnight. Just flimsy water cups and straws, gloves and wipes and bed pan, and a lovely but confused old woman who wakes up scared a few times a night talking to her dead son.
No bed. That's why the caregiver who was filling in the last two nights cancelled tonight; sitting in the crappy visitor's chair all those hours hurt her back.
Almost all the CNA staff at the nursing homes here are Filipina, sal. Some of them are nice and compassionate, but a few of them really resent private caregivers being there and huff and stuff.
Man, I've gotta lose the dread before I head out.
