That mouth thing is a prosthesis, he had no jawbone and it just hung there. The teeth were fake too. My grandpa had his jaw removed and it wasn't pretty. nosir.

They even created a program for him to speak using his own voice. They took his words from hours of video and audio taped movie reviews, cut them up, and put them in a computer. When he typed responses and hit enter, it would be read using his own voice.
