Why doesn't a fourth year law student know even some of the most basic elements of law?

Could be a "failing" student!

Most law schools are three years

Online law degrees - 4 year programs. NOT American Bar Association accreditied degrees. Gee . . . sounds like some divinity degrees, doesn't it!

just TRY to get admitted to bar in any jurisdiction and practice before any court with a degree from Fred's law school, bait and bible study.

California is the only state (that I know) allowing you to sit for Bar Exam with an online (non-ABA accredited) degree.

In other words: "If the degree online, you be fine."

If your follow this link, you will discover the identity of two of the "elders".

The PDF labeled as ATTACHMENT will reveal the identities on the bottom of the last page.

http://www.secretary.state.nc.us/csl/Details.aspx?EventLogId=19076004

It also appears that they were able to circumvent NC Gen Statute 131F-3(1). Same site - PDF labeled as EXEMPTION LETTER.

Do not dismay!

The last paragraph includes the following: "Please be advised that this exemption, however, does not insulate you from criminal prosecution."

RE: "the Rev" Thread: "Spiritual Counseling Network" - Lady Cop - 10-31-2010

thanks Tiki.
i read the filings and documents.
it seems anyone can get an exemption by styling themselves "DD"...doctor of divinity. but it is subject to change/scrutiny as you indicate. i would not be surprised if a lot of complaints have been filed recently.

That might explain why THIS now appears, when you try to access their website:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hey, fat boys!

How's that site reconstruction goin'?

Probably thinkin' you sure need genuine help from a nice Jewish carpenter or a fuckin' good attorney, right about now . . .

RE: "the Rev" Thread: "Spiritual Counseling Network" - BlueTiki - 11-01-2010

And it appears their website for Zahra Baker is "Forbidden", too!

And now . . .

Go to: http://www2.hickoryrecord.com/

Search on Brandon Greeson - Enjoy the reading!

Taking the Lord's name in vain! Nice Rev - real nice.

RE: "the Rev" Thread: "Spiritual Counseling Network" - Lady Cop - 11-01-2010

i'm not getting the "forbidden" message, i still see the pardon our dust, it seems it is taking a long time to re-design and create language that doesn't appear to be unauthorized/unlicensed practice of psychology. perhaps they have blocked YOUR IP. hah

the Zahra site however, is still up:

http://www.zahrabaker.com/

the donation report, if accurate, has been unmoving at $627.29 for weeks.
and their email address is..... Email: [email protected]..... giving the appearance they have some official or sanctioned connection to Zahra.

i'm changing my email address to LC@send your tax money here.net. Awink

RE: "the Rev" Thread: "Spiritual Counseling Network" - BlueTiki - 11-01-2010

Sonofabitch! LC - you were right! Blocked my IP address. Cowards!

A little work-around and voila; they are visible.

"Dear NAMBLA: My name is Brandon and I am . . . "

Block that - douches.

Thanks again, LC. You, too, Cuddles!

That's an oxymoron where those booger eaters are concerned. There is nothing intellectual about them. They would like to think that there is, but ...stay tuned. (psssst - boys, do you like surprises?)

RE: "the Rev" Thread: "Spiritual Counseling Network" - Lady Cop - 11-02-2010

i'm not having a problem viewing their sites. so evidently they have used their site to obtain your IP. it makes you wonder what these holy men wish to hide.
i know their IP, but i wouldn't block them here, i think it's nice they visit us. and I certainly have nothing to hide. Hibye
