But they were convicted. American justice served. They paid for their sins and now they're free to go.

Death penalty solves recidivism.

But then there's that whole "it is better for a guilty person to go free (and keep killing and molesting) than giving the big-sleep to an innocent".

RE: Caylee Anthony. NO JUSTICE - Lady Cop - 07-07-2011

she will be anathema, a pariah, shunned in Orange County. and everywhere.

Orlando Sentinel
When Casey Anthony is released from the Orange County Jail — which is expected to happen next week — she will still be bound by the rules of her probation.

She will be on probation for one year, for a felony check-fraud case to which Anthony pleaded guilty in early 2010.

She was credited for time already served in that case.

According to court documents, terms of Anthony's probation call for her to:

•Meet with her probation officer on the fifth day of every month.

•Pay $20 per month toward the cost of supervision, plus a 4 percent surcharge.

•Not change her residence or employment or leave the county without first getting consent from her probation officer.

•Not "use intoxicants to excess." She cannot visit places where intoxicants, drugs or other dangerous substances are unlawfully sold, dispensed or used.

•"Work diligently at a lawful occupation and support any dependents to the best of your ability." Smiley_emoticons_fies

•Answer her probation officer's questions promptly.

•Not possess marijuana or other controlled substances.

•Not knowingly associate with others engaged in criminal acts.

A murderer walked?

A check mark in the "W" column?

Both?

I'm lovin' that the judge won't reveal the jurors names . . . until a cooling-off period expires. Hahahahaha!

I'm curious, LC...will she be allowed to change her name one day? Not sure if felons can do that?

If I was her..that would be #1 on my list...with #2 being getting the fuck out of Florida as soon as probation was complete.

Kid: I'm curious, LC...will she be allowed to change her name one day? Not sure if felons can do that?

felons (except sex offenders) may change their names but they must give notice to Sheriff of county in which they were convicted, and also county where they reside. baby murdering whores can have plastic surgery too, but can't change their fingerprints. or SS number.
she will always have to note that she is a convicted felon if she ever applies for a legit job. hahaha what a joke, she'll just steal.

She won't need a job. Either she'll sell her story, or do a porno. Even if she did need to actually work for a living, most smaller businesses these days wont spend the money to do a background check.

Well there's the fly in Casey's ointment. She will be getting arrested for violating her probation in any of the following.

She can't leave the county, can't be a shot girl, can't be where intoxicants are used, can't miss one of her fifth of every month probation visits, can't possess at least marijuana, won't work diligently at a lawful occupation.

Seems Casey's "Wonderful Life" has many bumps ahead!

Not to mention, there's a very good chance that some over the top irate protester may just do her in! She will always be looking over her shoulder if fear.

RE: Caylee Anthony. NO JUSTICE - thekid65 - 07-07-2011

Disagree, Carsman. When they talk about intoxicants..they are talking about illegal drugs, or she cant get totally trashed and get a DUI...or get a drunk in public charge....which is the same for all of us unless we want to risk a "frequenting" charge at a place where illegal drugs are sold. She'll be free to go to any bar she wishes, and probably even have a few drinks.

RE: Caylee Anthony. NO JUSTICE - Maggot - 07-07-2011

Some crazy soap opera deprived bitch will walk up to her and chop her betwix the lookers. She does not have much time on this earth.

RE: Caylee Anthony. NO JUSTICE - aussiefriend - 07-07-2011

I really don't think she is going to get away with this. One way or another it will catch up with her. Her mother, created a monster, by enabling her and spoiling her all her life. Now she is this entitled spoilt monster. That little girl was so beautiful and she has no remorse.

Unfortunately she and I live on different coasts. Smiley_emoticons_fies

Anyway, one can only hope.

Unlike OJ, she doesn't have the financial means to help ensure her own safety. I don't know what will happen but I hope she's miserable. They're going to sue her for the cost of looking for Caylee. Good. Every little bit of ruining her life helps.

How much taxpayer money was spent is the question here? I'll take bets it's way over a couple million, with everything included, and still no conviction. Haha, what a fucking joke.

RE: Caylee Anthony. NO JUSTICE - sdtay - 07-07-2011

Please, please no! But, maybe she can be Maytee's new "karma" buddy.
