- When Reince Priebus was the White House chief of staff, President Donald Trump often subjected him to "sustained questioning about badgers," the state animal of Priebus's home state of Wisconsin, a new book reports.
- According to "Sinking In The Swamp: How Trump's Minions and Misfits Poisoned Washington," by Daily Beast reporters Lachlan Markay and Asawin Suebsaeng, Trump asked Priebus if badgers are "mean to people" how they "work," and what they eat.
- Trump reportedly raised these questions while Priebus was trying to brief him on domestic and foreign policy, the book said.
- At one point, Trump reportedly also asked Priebus whether badgers have a "personality" or if they are boring, and he wondered if Priebus could show him pictures of badgers.
That's according to "Sinking In The Swamp: How Trump's Minions and Misfits Poisoned Washington," a new book by Daily Beast reporters Lachlan Markay and Asawin Suebsaeng.
Priebus served as Trump's chief of staff for rougly six months, from when Trump took office to the end of July 2017.

Trump claims he's responsible for the best economy in the history of forever but then slashed the COLA (Cost of living) for fed employees:
Trump is justifying ordering the cut on the grounds that the country is in the midst of a “national emergency or serious economic conditions affecting the general welfare,” which the White House says authorizes the president to “implement alternative plans for pay adjustments.”
So which is it MAGATs? Surely even you can see he's talking out of both sides of his lying mouth.

Every single customer I have talked to in the last 6 months and more has praised trump on this economy. They are amazed at their 401 getting 20-30% last year and they only bitch about finding employees. !5.00 an hr? try 20-30.00 an hr to start. It's amazing. Government workers should get out in the private sector and make some real money but I bet they like their jobs working for the government. i hope they never get raises, flee the shackles of government work and make some good dough.
But most love sharpening pencils and doing the minimum waiting for retirement. i would love to see the forces in Washington shrink the excess fat of useless workers and programs by at least 50%.
The way I look at it is if they don't like it they can go find another job. Simple as that bitches.

Maggot, are you aware that government employees are responsible for millions of facets of this government across the world, not just pencil pushers in DC? It's what Trump is calling the deep state, career employees (meaning they're non-political, just regular working stiffs like everyone else) that maintain equipment used by the military, Air Traffic Controllers, park rangers... the list is nearly endless. This country couldn't function without them so stick your bullshit "sharpen pencils" up your ass.
