Under 42 U.S. Code § 300aa–22 - Standards of responsibility, a vaccine manufacturer has immunity as long as the vaccine was "properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings", meaning you have to prove negligence.
Under the PREP Act, a person or company is only liable if they are found guilty of "willful misconduct", which is almost impossible to prove.

It angers me beyond belief that the goverment and media disrupted my life for a year just to get Trump out of here. And not only that, now I'm most likely going to have to take this whack ass vaccine to be able to travel out of the country in the future.

I agree, except I think Trump was a party to the deception. He's the perfect villain. A nasty demagogue that helped push the nation to the brink of civil war the help of corporate media and the intelligence establishment.
I'd probably take the vaccine if I thought it would end there, but it won't. If you want to travel you'll have to take whatever the corporate medical "experts" deem necessary for "public health", which will include chemical "sanitization" of the air we breathe, which will destroy whatever's left of our immune systems.
So yeah, we are well and truly fucked at present, but I am not entirely without hope. I reckon that if there is a God, he/she is going to weigh in on this nasty business. Power is a very powerful drug, and these fuckwits have no idea as to the consequences of what they have set in motion, and by the time they do, it'll be too late for them to be avoided.

I'm truly convinced this whole thing was something more. I dont believe I've ever come across as a conspiracy theory nut or a hard-core dem or republican, but everyone should seriously question when it looks like the goverment manipulated the entire country via the media. I dont believe there is anything weird about that. Just think about it rationally for a second. Just because the 65 and older are getting vaccinated now does not magically make the virus go away when there are millions of unvaccinated people 65 under. But it is going to be gone soon, it is slowly diminishing just as it came, into the middle ground between science and superstition, lying between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge.
