I believe that newbie hell should just be removed completely. I could care less if this is finally the bald male wannna-be gay pornstar we have all seen pictures of way to many times.
MF, just open the site up to anyone already. If they suck you can ban them or BETTER YET move them to "purgatory" or some section they have to "earn" their way out of. So I suggest you let everyone in. In a short amount of time they have to prove themselves worthy and if they don't you move them to purgatory to earn and post their way out.

That got my vote Liquid. It's been meaningless for quite some time now and the new retard proves it. Just let it in, you know it's going to be let in anyway, the only reason we are bothering to post in there to it is to make it look busy enough to keep it coming back.
Add a purgatory forum. Toss in a few topics and make retards booted back in earn their way out. It'll be less tedious on the intelligent members here.
