the imbeciles did NOT listen to jury instructions on the law or elements of a murder charge. they are clearly defined. they just wanted out of sequestration and to hurry to make their $$$$ deals.
many people do not understand the law and how criminal trials work. or the concepts of elements of a crime charged. these people did not even attempt to understand.

I may not know the Laws well either but I was under the impression that for First Degree Murder, the death has to be proven to be caused by a criminal act by the defendant. For me, this itself wasn't proven. I never saw anything that proved Casey put the duck tape over Caylee's mouth or injected her with a drug. It's as simple as that to me. Now, I could see manslaughter but she wasn't charged with that.
She will have to live with this the rest of her life however long that may be and I believe everyone gets what they deserve, eventually, and I think she will!

there WAS a second count for manslaughter they could have convicted on. they DID have that option. they were too lazy or in a hurry to bother looking at evidence.
the death had to be proven to be homicide. yes, it was shown to be homicide. and who was the last person to see Caylee? or drive the car with the smell and the hair? etc. etc. why didn't the mother report her baby missing until forced to 31 days later?? it was a circumstantial case that had all the evidence. people think circumstantial means poor case, not so!
and imaginary unproven opening statements by the liar baez are not evidence either. but those assholes bought it.
baez in opening: Caylee was never missing. Caylee drowned on June 16th.
baez after the verdict in front of the cameras: We'll never know how Caylee died. which is it liar?
many cases are convicted w/o even a body.
someone killed Caylee and duct-taped her. and it wasn't george. he's just a dumb schmuck and a liar like cindy, but he didn't duct-tape that child and throw her into the scrub in a trash bag.
the jury failed to use any common sense whatsoever. and they failed to follow the law and instructions.
the penalty for any crime was NOT to be considered during deliberations.

0800 hearing, judge calls sidebar immediately. sidebar lasts 20 minutes. judge then stupidly forgets to turn on mics, and announces he is recusing himself, although we have to read lips due to no sound. so nobody knows when or if this hearing will take place. it was a bigass stall to prevent caseyho from being deposed in jail as a captive participant.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An emergency hearing in a civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony ended abruptly after a 20-minute sidebar with word that the case will be assigned to a new judge.
Attorneys were called to a case management hearing Friday morning by Judge Jose Rodriguez in a civil case brought by a Kissimmee woman named Zenaida Gonzalez. She claims her named was ruined with Anthony claimed in 2008 a woman by the same name kidnapped her daughter, Caylee Anthony.
Attorneys for Gonzalez served Anthony with a subpoena in jail last week for a deposition scheduled for July 19 at the offices of Morgan & Morgan in Orlando. They filed a new motion this week out of fear that Anthony will disappear after she is released from jail this weekend.
Anthony's attorney in the case, Charles Green, said his client is not only unprepared for the deposition but is "emotionally and mentally exhausted" from her first-degree murder trial.
Green said he was concerned for Anthony's safety after her release from jail.
The hearing Friday morning was done entirely in a sidebar. Anthony was not present.
After the sidebar ended, Rodriguez said he would assign the case to a new judge. It's unknown why the judge is reassigning the case.

An emergency hearing in the Casey Anthony civil case will resume Friday afternoon, this time with a new judge.
Attorneys were in and out of the coutroom in just 20 minutes Friday morning. A long sidebar ended with Judge Jose Rodriguez announcing he was stepping down from the civil case brought on by Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman who claims Casey ruined her life after claiming a nanny by the same name took her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in 2008.
The case has now been reassigned to Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon, and Friday's hearing has been rescheduled to 3:30 p.m.

"I'm not going to answer the question of what happened to Caylee, and no one else in this case will either," Greene said.
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony decided to appeal the four misdemeanors of which she was found guilty in her criminal trial.
The notice of appeal was filed Friday, as well motion of indigency, which would mean taxpayers would have to pay the costs of the appeal.

Roy Kronk, the man who discovered Caylee Anthony's remains, has sued bounty hunter Leonard Padilla in a newly filed defamation claim filed today in Orange Circuit Court.
The defamation complaint filed by Kronk attorney Howard Marks seeks more than $15,000 in damages.
"Over the course of two years, defendant Padilla published false and defamatory statements about plaintiff Kronk," the lawsuit states.
It claims the false statements were broadcast or published, posted on the Internet and through Twitter. It alleges the statements were made on national television shows, such as Nancy Grace and Dr. Drew.
The false statements include the claims that Kronk conspired with law enforcement, which ended with his finding Caylee's remains; that Kronk conspired with Casey Anthony, which ended with him finding the child's remains; that law enforcement told Kronk where the remains were located and that law enforcement told his girlfriend where the remains were located.
Other false statements noted in the complaint:
• Kronk was somehow involved in Caylee Anthony's killing
• Kronk "secreted the body or hid the body."
• Kronk is connected with Casey Anthony and the Anthony family and "is involved in the killing or cover-up of the crime."
• Kronk is a suspect, should be investigated, has something to hide and cannot be trusted.
• Kronk did not see any remains in August 2008.
• Kronk was not working and doing his job on the date the child's remains were found.
"In order to bolster his false and defamatory statements, defendant Padilla contacted relatives or former acquaintances of plaintiff Kronk to assist defendant Padilla in the character assassination of plaintiff Kronk," the complaint says.
The two count complaint alleges defamation on its face and defamation through innuendo.
It alleges that Padilla's statements were "done with malice" and attempted to injure Kronk's reputation.
Padilla, whose website lists him as "World Famous Bounty Hunter & Godfather of Bail," had not seen the lawsuit late today.
"Truth is a defense to any defamation suit filed," Padilla said in a brief phone call this afternoon. "In my experience and knowledge of Roy Kronk, he's a [expletive] liar. I will give them time to add that into their lawsuit."
Padilla added that if Kronk and his attorney are willing to pay round-trip airfare, he will come to Orlando to be served with the legal paperwork directly.

Okla. woman says she was attacked for looking like Casey Anthony
An Oklahoma woman whose car was rammed as she drove away from the convenience store where she works says she was mistaken for Casey Anthony, KOTV reports.
Sammay Blackwell, 26, says the incident happened in Chouteau, Okla., July 8, days after Anthony was acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, reports the Tulsa TV station.
