Permanent makeup? - QueenBee - 02-12-2014

Ladies, or metrosexual guys, would you do the permanent makeup thing? I guess it is where they tattoo on eyebrows, eyeliner, stuff like that? There is a place opening up here.
I never wear makeup, so I really would not consider it. But what about those of you who do?

Hell no. I've seen horror stories on 2020 about it before. They don't even have to be licensed to do it. That was a few years back...hopefully things have changed.

QB, please don't tell me you think CN is a metrosexual?

He talks a good game, but he is nowhere thin enough to pull off skinny pants and a white belt.

Now, TonyG and ABerlin...

Doesn't Kenny Rogers have the permanent eyeliner thing going on?

RE: Permanent makeup? - ramseycat - 02-12-2014

No way in hell would I get that.

RE: Permanent makeup? - sally - 02-12-2014

No, it only takes me a few minutes to put on some eyeliner and mascara. It's not that much of a hassle that I would need it permanently tattooed on.

If I had really thin, light eyebrows I might consider getting those done, but I don't have that problem.

Nah, I wouldn't do it, the closest I've come (and it's not really even close) is eyelash extensions.

I think the concept of permanent make-up is ridiculous, what if they fuck up? There are some filipino ladies in one of the shopping centres here that run a manicure and permanent marker shop. There is no way I am letting them anywhere near my nails or anything. I give that shop a wide berth.

Are ladies really that insecure that they can't go sans makeup?

DAMN, MS, good catch. And I thought I was being SO discrete.

Nothing more attractive than a woman who has had her lips permanently lined when the lipstick wears off.

Nah. My eyebrows could probably use some filling in but I don't trust people. I'm afraid I'd end up with furry caterpillar brows. Besides, when I wake up or go out without make-up, my skinny little eyebrows just match the rest of my make-up less face. Can you imagine waking up with these perfectly groomed eyebrows every morning and skipping the rest of the makeup? I can't.

Never mind. She's a horrible example; she was stunning (with pretty brows) with or without a ton of makeup. In my case, I would feel (I think) like I'd have to "do" the rest of my face to match my brows.

No.

When me and clang have our little cross dressing parties its always a spur of the moment thing.
