I did not grow up in SF; wasn't in Northern California prior to the 21st century.
I do not believe that I'm qualified to provide the kind of help that IroningBroad probably needs, but there's gotta be a pharmaceutical available.

You might consider taking what's right for you specifically, though. I'm no physician or psychiatric professional, but I suspect that you may have a mild case of cat scratch fever or a severe case of feline viral rhinopneumonitis.
Fascination with animal genitalia, pustular ponderings, and "vag and dick" fixation are common symptoms. A doctor could give you the cure. Or, WedMD. Or, Ted Nugent.
