Are you a smart snacker? Do you choose things like fruit or veggie sticks or do you grab a cookie or a handful of chips?

I go back and forth between the good and the bad.
I use my nutribullet for fruit smoothies a lot in the spring and summer, but I want some comfort food around when I'm cold and miserable.

My snack of choice is cheese which is why I don't buy it often. If it's not here I can't eat it.
I also like beans as a snack, but they're heavy on the carbs. I can just eat a can of garbonzo beans like it's ice cream, I actually prefer it.
