Clever contraption.
I kept waiting for that also. We had chains that were used a long time ago by 2 people to clear the snow.
Now they mostly just let it pile up and force people to walk around the buildings safely.
I spent all winter trying to capture a roofalanche on video and only managed to capture one.
Here is a video of a roofalanche. I uploaded some other videos last night as well. Mostly snow videos.

Here is someone clearing off the roof of a side entrance, we were trying to make a dramatic fall and it didn't happen so I gave up. I think I had to go tend to something else because I gave up too quickly!
Here is someone clearing the road after the snow slif off the lodge. That is the lodge I spent the last 10 months in while I was in the mountains.

Man, those trees. I am really hung-up on them. So pretty, picture perfect.
Now I'm thinking about how awesome the hiking must be there. Are there waterfalls?

Yes. Since I can't find a way to upload pictures to this forum and share them I thought the videos worked great. Not sure if I have videos of waterfalls but I can probably create one and upload it. Those are my favorite features on a hike.
