If I had words on my blanket I might never sleep, however if I were studying for a test that would be pretty sweet.
Internet is slow here in the evenings and we had a going away party for someone who is leaving unexpectedly this week.

Someone raved to me about the t.v. series Scandal. I've been watching about three episodes a night. It's good. The female lead was described to me as a strong, smart woman. She is in many ways but she also cries at least 3 times each episode (annoying). However, one of the characters is a former CIA assassin and it's a political conspiracy type show...it's interesting. First t.v. series I've watched in forever.

American Sniper was on HBO last night. I tried to watch it but only lasted about 45 minutes. That guy sure could shoot a gun. That's all he did all day long was pick off people who were trying to kill American soldiers, sometimes they were only about 8 years old and other times they were matronly. Attempt to kill Americans and you're a dead muthafucka.

My husband recorded it. I have no interest in seeing it, though I have heard it is supposed to appeal to men and women. What turned you off after 45 mins??
