That's OK as a result the police are not handing out as many tickets and are staying away from many things that they once investigated as suspicious, I guess its easier than having to deal with anything that may come up like a person getting mugged or a gas station getting robbed or stuff that could start a riot.

Maybe the assholes could develop something great. But, I suspect instead that without the ability to shoot, lie, bait, or posture, there would only be blank pages after 3 days, and completely different stories as to why they made no progress.
