Star Wars has never really had any language issues.
Some of the effects and killing can still be a bit much depending on what a kid has seen up to this point.
That's my wife's problem at this point.

Ah, gotcha.
I think regular television has graphic violence and the pretend sex is pretty blatant too. I'm used to seeing that on cable, not network television.

Our kids don't watch any network tv.
We even cringe watching football on Sunday's when a teaser will come on promoting a show (Fox programs are the worst) and it's 60 seconds of scrambling for the remote to try and mute what's being said.
I love watching a game and a Cialis ad comes on. Fortunately neither has asked me about it yet.

When I was a kid I use to listen to pop that pussy or whatever the hell the name of that song was by 2 Live Crew. I turned out ok. On the other hand Clang was forced to go to church and watch silver spoons and look what happened to him, he's all screwed in the head.

Fear-mongerer!I went to Big Lots yesterday to get some solar light replacements and spices. What used to be the 'outdoor' section is almost completely filled with Christmas decorations..............already. There was more Christmas crap than Halloween crap on display.

Our family doesn't exchange gifts. My oldest brother usually gets us 2 free movie passes every year, and me and my poker buddies do a "Secret Santa" with a spending limit of $20.
I might try to hang a wreath or put up some lights but that's about it.
