Ya know I love my Butcher box and everything, but I fucked up when I didn't toss the boxes every month. I had 10 boxes piling up and decided to get rid of them. These are not regular boxes, it's a box in a box with insulation and dry ice. It took me 2 hrs to break down all of them. So guess what........I'm tossing them as soon as they come in from now on. What a PITA to break them down.

I'm not cooking as much as I was and starting to get more than I need. The meat just keeps coming and I might have to get my freezer going to take up the slack. But it wont be long before I just start cooking this stuff. It's really getting burdensome.
