Pete Williams just interviewed AG Barr and Barr is suggesting that President Obama's administration and FBI posed more of a threat to democracy than the Russians.
On a completely different level, this guy is freakin' me out more than trump does.

Everyone knows this impeachment thing is all about a last ditch effort to keep Trump from being re-elected. Even the Dems know it. A completely partisan sham. Yes every elected president has had an impeachable offence while in office according to the way this one is being done. Obama used the IRS to go after his opponents so did JFK Roosevelt took away homes and businesses from asian and german families in the US. Lyndon Johnson used the FBI to target opponents. The list goes on. Thats OK though I'm seeing the Trump hatred going away bit by bit everyday. You can stick with the party comrade.

Over 1100 former Justice Department attorneys who worked under both parties presidents have written an open letter condemning Barr's politicization of the Justice Department and have called on him to resign.

I guess Bolton's book is revealing more details about Trump and Barr working some deal with Erdogan and a Turkish bank that did some sanction breaking business with Iran? Way too complicated for my aging brain but it sounds like more personal business to enrich the Trump family on our government's dime.
