How is an election "free and fair" when some states weren't bothering to do signature verification for the mail-in ballots, had no proper chain of custody for the handling of these ballots, and poll observers were prevented from physically inspecting ballots?

Greg Jacob is VP Pence's former counsel, he has testified under oath before the J6 Committee that John Eastman told trump on January 4th 2021 that the pressure campaign against Pence violated the law. It was against the law and trump continued nonetheless.
