In 1993 Donald Trump reached a "USE AGREEMENT" with Palm Beach Florida that imposes restrictions on the use of the guest suites on the Mar-A Lago property:
The use of guest suites shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) non-consecutive seven (7) day periods by any one member during the year.
CAN TRUMP LIVE ALL YEAR ROUND AT MAR A LAGO? WHAT SAY YOU?
SO IS TRUMP ABOVE THE LAW, CAN HE JUST CONTINUE TO DO WHATEVER HE PLEASES, WITHOUT ANY REGARD TO LAWS?

Nah, he's not above the law and I'm pretty sure the remainder of his life will taken up with lawsuits. Hopefully he'll lose everything.
Cars, I saw it said that he is the mayor of Mar-a-lago because he greets people so he should be allowed to stay.
