I love both. But about 2 years ago I read the label on a frozen pot pie and was shocked when I saw how much sugar they have.

The Professor makes a great pot pie. Chicken, carrots,celery, potatoes and a white sauce that is to die for. She even makes the crust with flour from scratch not using that crappy roll stuff they sell in the frozen section. It's a ton of work and she usually makes 2 one to freeze and another to eat right away.
The bad thing is she's usually grouchy after working a few hrs on it. But I smile and eat it with big chomping, slurping noises. She only makes it a few times a year, sometimes right after Thanksgiving using Turkey and the leftovers.
