...needs it's own thread.
It has come out today, that the Uvalde PD had the equipment on hand to deal with the shooter, but they did nothing. They claim that they didn't know who was in charge! Reallly? What in the actual fuck?
They had no problem stopping, handcuffing, and tasing parents, but they had a problem entering the room because 'they didn't know who was in charge?'. Someone please explain this to me, how the fuck can you stand there and do nothing, while listening to children getting shot?

One of the teachers who was murdered that day was married to a cop. She called her husband, she told him that she had been shot & that she was dying. When he arrived at the school he was detained and his weapon was taken from him, he was then escorted from the property.
The mother who was handcuffed by LEO's and later ran into the school after having them removed has bigger balls than the entire Uvalde police force. She knew what needed to be done an acted on it. She didn't have a weapon, she didn't have a shield, she didn't have a bullet proof vest.
The mayor of Uvalde had a lot to say, I'll see if I can find it. He said he intends to share whatever information he is given by investigators, he swore he wouldn't be a part of the cover-up that is currently going on there.

Fuck the chief, what kind of cops stood outside that classroom hearing the “gun firing” going on, knowing
that the Killing of all those little angels was going on! They didn’t need any stinking orders from some off the wall supervisors to go in there and do the right thing!!! Instead, they all stood there and “soiled” their shorts!

It might have made a difference if he'd been on the scene and ordered them to go in, or taken it upon himself to do so.

That’s my point, at last count I heard that there were “24” fully outfitted cops in the hall, and not “one”
Of them Had the wear with all to make his own decision to go in there and save those babies!
One of the kids in there mom had the wear with all (courage) to go in there “unarmed” and do what
needed to be done! I believe she saved around 20 kids, including her own. Good for her, she was a hero!

I didn't think this day would come, I didn't think anyone associated with that fiasco would ever pay for their lackadaisical response.
The former school police chief has been indicted by a grand jury for child endangerment and another former school police officer has been indicted as well. Good!
