The Royal family and all that entails makes far more money for this country than it takes out. By far. She is head of state, she or he can fire a government if they want too. He now.
Why is money the only thing yankees measure things by? There is nothing else with you people.
While your own people die for the sake of simple health care, a roof over their heads, compassion and humanity. You dont get it. They say America is a religious country, it is not. The Royals make serious money on tourism alone. They sell Britain abroad, seal deals, entertain heads of foriegn governments, contracts get signed. They tour abroad, or did befrore the queen became to infirm. The commonwealth looks after its own, business wise.
They also sell goodness, to school children through the Duke Of Edinburgh awards, lead by example, stand for what is good and wholesome. Or the queen does. Or did.
America does not have a monarch telling the government of the day to look after Doris Peaboby pf Chicago who has no insurance, has cancer, and a brain tumour. And is wandering the streets with dementia.
And all the others. You have a cog missing, you are not civilised in the west european way. You are not adults. Thats what Royalty is, doing the right thing. Always.
