FEAR OF HEIGHTS - Duchess - 12-17-2022

Do any of you have that?

There are super tall skyscrapers now being built that are more than 160 floors. Apparently these supertalls (and that's what they are referred to as) can behave unpredictably, (no shit, really  78) in strong winds occupants have reported water sloshing in toilet bowls, chandeliers swaying and panes of glass fluttering.

What do you think about living in a building that tall?

There’s nothing to worry about, there’s
no problem living on the first floor!  hah

I don't have a fear of heights unless I look down.

RE: FEAR OF HEIGHTS - MirahM - 12-18-2022

I am not afraid to look out of a window in a tall building. But climbing up on a ladder and looking down makes me nervous.
Seeing a toll bridge extend high up in the air and thinking about driving over it makes me nervous and there is this escalator in downtown seattle that starts from underground that makes me nervous.

There was an subway escalator exit in washinton dc that had to be 100' high.
